Thanks for the email highlighting the failure to finish placing [my] order… I have just found out that my card was frozen through (not my!!) fraudulent activity. So I spoke with a charming lady in your office who kindly took my order and has arranged its dispatch, even throwing in gratuitously the shaving handle I needed. First rate attention and a really nice human quality – very much in the style and tradition of a family owned company.
