TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The free prize draw is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over except employees and their families of The King of Shaves Company, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entries must be received by the end of Monday 30th November 2009.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of sending shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed due to technical problems.

4. There is no restriction to the number of entries per person, however only one prize per household.

5. The winner will be notified by Friday 4th December 2009.

6. There are two prize types on offer:

a) One winner selected at random wins a left-hand drive Smart Car branded in King of Shaves livery, mechanically sound at the time the prize winner is announced. No cash alternative is available. Insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership of the vehicle. The winner must arrange for appropriate insurance to be in place at time of collection along with photo ID and valid driving licence prior to receipt of the vehicle. The Promoter is not responsible for any mechanical or cosmetic faults that may develop after the winner takes ownership of the vehicle. The number plate is not included with the Smart car.

b) Ten winners selected at random will receive King of Shaves Gift sets valued at £20 and ten copies of the book How to Build a Great Business in Tough Times by Will King RRP £14.99.

7. All prizes are non transferable, non amendable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.

8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

9. The Promoter furthermore disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the Competition and the subsequent use of the prizes.

10. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.

12. The winners details’ (name and county) can be obtained from four weeks after the closing date by sending a stamped SAE to the following promotional address: The King of Shaves Company Ltd, Smart Car Competition, 17-19 Chiltern Court, Asheridge Road, Chesham, Bucks HP5 2PX, United Kingdom.

12. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize draw may appear in other promotional materials.
