TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over except employees and their families of The King of Shaves Company (the Promoter), their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entries must be received by midnight GMT 1 September 2010 (United Kingdom local time).

3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of sending shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed due to technical problems.

4. There is no restriction to the number of entries per person, however only one prize per household.

5. The winner will be notified by 30 September 2010 by email.

6. There are two prize types on offer and winners will be selected at random from all those who have answered the ‘Barbarella X Tattoo’ question correctly and, in the opinion of King of Shaves, have answered the tie breaker question in the most original way. The prizes are:

A: One overall winner will receive a holiday for two adults in New York, including: three nights accommodation in a double room on a room-only basis at a standard hotel and return economy flights from a London airport to a New York airport and £500 spending money. They will also get to meet Barbarella X at the Paul Mole barber shop and they will receive one wet shave each there. All additional room costs, travel costs, transfers, other flights, travel insurance, car hire, maid service, meals, living expenses and any other costs not specifically included within the prize and referred to in this paragraph are the responsibility of the winner. You must hold a valid passport and visa to travel to the USA and it will be the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure all your travel documents, passports, visas etc are in good order and are valid for travel to the USA. The prize must be taken within 12 months of notification at a mutually agreed time. The prize cannot be taken during recognised UK school holidays, Easter weekend, Christmas and Boxing Day, USA Independence Day and USA Thanksgiving Day. To claim the prize a valid form of identification (either a valid passport or driving licence) will need to be shown.

B: Ten runner-up winners will receive a King of Shaves Gift Set valued at £20 and a copy of Will King’s book ‘How to Build a Great Business in Tough Times’ RRP £14.99.

7. The winners will be notified by mail on or before 30 September 2010 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within fourteen days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from GNM within fourteen days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

8. All prizes are non transferable, non amendable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.

9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

10. The Promoter furthermore disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the prize draw and the subsequent use of the prizes.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and countries of residence of the prize draw winner and their friends who travel with them. The winner and friends may be asked to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this prize draw.

12. 13. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The free prize draw may appear in other promotional materials. No bulk or third party entries. No purchase necessary.

14. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of all these terms and conditions.

15. This competition is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
