Thanks for the email highlighting the failure to finish placing [my] order… I have just found out that my card was frozen through (not my!!) fraudulent activity. So I spoke with a charming lady in your office who kindly took my order and has arranged its dispatch, even throwing in gratuitously the shaving handle I needed. First rate attention and a really nice human quality – very much in the style and tradition of a family owned company. Well done Will King for maintaining that human factor despite the well-earned success of the company. A real pleasure!!
I’m now 60 and have probably used most shaving systems (not cut-throat though because believe me that would happen eeeeeek). I can say hand on heart that the KOS shaving system is without doubt the best I have ever used.
I no longer suffer that post shave burning to my skin, I no longer suffer those very annoying nicks to my flesh (always when you want to wear your best white shirt!) I’m no daily shaver either, I will normally shave every two / three days and the KOS hyperglide blades don’t pull or snag my stubble.
Who ever thought of the direct bi-monthy automatic ordering system deserves a promotion… Brilliant idea it means that the blades plop through my letter box without me having to do a thing.
Take a bow KOS team, you have made my life so much easier.
It is nice to find a British product, that is taking on the foreign big boys!
